Courtney Body is a senior political science major from Carthage, MS. She believes that philanthropy provides others with hope for a better life because it demonstrates that someone cherishes their welfare. And she believes that positive encouragement is a domino effect; when one chooses to help others, the message of love influences someone else to do the same.
