Q: What is the mailing address for the University?
A: All mail and packages must be addressed to a student using their complete Jackson State University address in the following format:

Q: How does a student obtain a mailbox on campus?
A: All students who reside in the residence halls must obtain a mailbox on campus. All residential students must bring their Housing agreement and a valid JSU ID to Tiger Mail located on the 1st floor of Reddix Hall.
Q: How will my department obtain a mailbox?
A: All departments must visit the cashier in the Office of Financial Services, pay $110 and bring their receipt to Tiger Mail to obtain a mailbox. No cash accepted.
Q: What are the hours of operation?
A: Monday through Friday
8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
Closed: Saturday and Sunday
Q: Where do I pick-up and drop-off mail or packages?
A: All mail and packages will be accepted in Tiger Mail located in Reddix Hall, 1st floor.
Q: Can I get my mail forwarded to another address?
A: Yes, please come by Tiger Mail to complete a “Forwarding Address” form.
Q: How do I obtain replacement of a lost key?
A: Please notify Tiger Mail of your loss at 601-979-2139 and visit the Office of Financial Services to pay for a duplicate key. Bring a valid JSU ID and the receipt of payment to Tiger Mail and we will gladly re-issue you a key. No cash accepted.
