Professor Prince Duren recently completed a week-long fellowship as part of the Southern Writers' Project at the Alabama Shakespeare Festival. The week ended with a three-day festival May 6th through 8th, during which several new plays were workshoppped, including Prince's own "Caught in the Net." Congratulations, Professor Duren!
Auditions for The WIZ will be held on Wednesday, April 27th at 4pm in the Rose McCoy Auditorium. The play, which will be performed this fall, is directed by Dr. Nadia Bodie-Smith. As the show is a musical, students should be prepared to act, sing, and dance!
