How to Register and Access the CITI Training Program

• To begin the CITI program, go to http://www.citiprogram.org and click "Register Here" to create an account.
• Select "Jackson State University" from the Participating Institutions drop down menu.
• Complete enrollment and submit.

If You Already Have a CITI Account

Curriculum Selection:

• Select "Conflict of Interest"
• The Training Modules should take approximately 30 minutes to complete.

1. Who is required to take the FCOI Training?

All Investigators are required to complete this training for compliance with PHS regulations.

2. Is a refresher (re-certification) required?

Yes. The CITI course completion certificate is valid for four years. Once completed, training is required once every four years thereafter, and immediately under designated circumstances. 

3. How do I print my certification?

Upon completion of all required modules a link will appear on the Grade Book page with your Completion Report. Please print this report for submission to the Research Compliance administrator.
