Dr. Eric D. Griffith (Dissertation title: A Comparative Analysis of Municipal Income Tax in Birmingham, Louisville, and St. Louis: A Case Study of Possible Implementation in Jackson, MS; Advisor: Professor Johnny Gilleylen)
