About forty master and PhD students attended the event tonight. professor Gilleylen (Dept. Chair), professor Billingsley (Master program director), and professor Ko joined the meeting as the PPAD faculty members, too.
The meeting was designed to hear the student voices as a preparation for the upcoming site-visit from professors outside for the NASPAA re-accreditation, and to make the PPAD program more relevant and friendly to the students' interests and goals.
The attending students suggested diverse ideas, which were recorded (PPAD Fall 2018 Student Meeting Feedback). Later the students' inputs will be reflected in the PPAD program. The PPAD faculty members appreciate the students' attendance and their valuable inputs!
