Ms Zameshia Williams defended her dissertation (title: Health Care Access and Underserved Populations: Exploring the Impact of the Affordable Care Act) successfully on October 26, 2018. Her dissertation analyzed the impacts of the Affordable Care Act on the previously underserved populations.
