The Margaret Walker Alexander Library is hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony for their new art installation on Friday, August 2, at 11:00 a.m. Our archivist, Ms. Stewart, will give remarks. The lead artist for the installation is Alli Bostrom Smith, and the project was funded by the Mississippi Arts Commission, the National Endowment for the Arts, and Forman, Watkins & Krutz.
