Carol J. Woodson is the Director of the Events & Visitor Services Department. She has over fifteen years of exemplary management experience in the event and hospitality industries. She has studied at Hinds Community College and Jackson State University, and she has received certification as a Festival and Event Associate from Wheeling, West Virginia. Carol’s deep-rooted passion for all things event and hospitality-related, has led her to serve as the President of the Metro Jackson Attractions Association. Additionally, she is a proud graduate of the illustrious 2015 class of Leadership Greater Jackson.
