Jackson State University 2015 Spring Graduate Commencement Exercises

6:00 p.m. (Doors close at 5:45 p.m.)
Lee E. Williams Athletics and Assembly Center
Commencement seating will begin approximately ninety minutes before start time in the Lee E. Williams Athletics and Assembly Center. The doors will close at 5:45 p.m. in order that the program may officially begin without interruptions. At that time, guests will be directed to the Rose E. McCoy Auditorium where they will be able to view a live streaming of the Commencement. Please inform your family and friends.
Guests should also realize that it is highly possible that the Lee E. Williams Athletics and Assembly Center may fill to capacity before 5:45 p.m. Should that occur, guests will then be directed to the overflow locations.
Overflow and Live Streaming Location
The 2015 Spring Graduate Commencement will be video streamed at the Rose E. McCoy Auditorium and at the School of Engineering Auditorium. Both facilities serve as the commencement overflow locations. In order to minimize program and participant interruptions, late arriving guests will also be directed to these two facilities.
The Rose E. McCoy Auditorium and the School of Engineering Auditorium are both conveniently located just across the parking lot from the Lee E. Williams Athletics & Assembly Center. The University will provide a shuttle service to the overflow locations. The Jackson State University Public Safety Department will direct guest to this facility.
