CC oversees support services including:
- PC
- Telephone
- Network and operations
- Campus-wide server administration
- Tiger Lab
The area is also responsible for researching system changes to determine effects on customers and to ensure no disruption in service, analyzing university activities and operations, providing network recommendations to satisfy the University’s business objectives, and to support the University’s growth.
