Student Feedback and Resolution Form Policy

Jackson State University is dedicated to ensuring fair treatment for all students in their interactions with fellow students, faculty, staff, and administrators. Students are encouraged to first seek an informal resolution by addressing the issue directly with the individual(s) involved, whenever possible. If an informal resolution is not achievable, the Student Feedback and Resolution Form can be completed online. A staff member will contact you within 1-2 business days of receiving the form.
