The 2025-2026 Online Housing Intent for returning students has officially closed as of Monday, February 10, 2025. If you successfully completed the housing intent form, please review the eligibility requirements and the next steps for housing selection below:
Eligibility Requirements for Housing Selection:
To be eligible for housing selection, you must meet both of the following criteria:
- You must be enrolled in 12 or more credit hours (undergraduate) or 9 or more credit hours (graduate) for Fall 2025. Your class schedule must be completed by April 17, 2025.
- Your FAFSA must be on file with the University.
Selection Dates:
The housing selection process will take place from April 23 – 25, 2025. Please ensure you’re ready for this important period.
Early Fall 2025 class registration begins on March 24, 2025.
Nonrefundable Housing Reservation Fee:
To participate in housing selection, you will need to pay a $75 Nonrefundable Housing Reservation Fee. The fee must be paid at the time of selection.
Important Notes:
- Housing assignments are made based on availability. The University cannot guarantee housing or specific room assignments.
- If you fail to meet the eligibility requirements, you may not be assigned housing. The assignment process will prioritize students who have registered for Fall classes.
