GA’s are graduate student staff members of the Department of Housing and Residence Life (HRL) who live in and provide leadership for a university community. To qualify for this position, you must be accepted as a full-time graduate student in one of the University’s academic programs (https://www.jsums.edu/graduateschool/areas-of-study/) and have residence hall and/or undergraduate leadership experience.

Eligibility & Expectations:

• Graduate students must maintain a minimum of 9 credit hours each semester.
• A minimum GPA of 3.2 is required.
• Violations of university policy, or local, state, or federal law may result in termination from the position.
• All financial balances must be cleared before the end of the academic semester.
