Maintenance Services

In case of a maintenance emergency, such as a flood, power outage, or broken lock, please contact the staff in your residential community immediately. For non-emergency maintenance requests, complete a maintenance work order request. 

Room Repairs and Damages

No charge will be assessed for repairs resulting from normal wear and tear. Upon check-in, you will complete a Room/Apartment Condition Form. It is important to review this form carefully and ensure any existing damages are noted. If you notice new damages during the semester, report them to the staff immediately.

Damages caused by you or your guests through negligence or intentional actions will be billed to you. These damages will be placed on a work order with a damage statement for billing purposes.

Damages Due to Negligence:

Unattended spills or messes

Failure to report maintenance issues

Improper use of appliances

Failure to lock doors or windows

Failure to dispose of trash properly

Damages Due to Intentional Actions:

Vandalism

Physical damage to furniture or fixtures

Damage from alterations

Physical altercations

Smoking in non-smoking areas
