Prospective Students
High school students are encouraged to apply for admission and financial aid in January of their senior year. The earlier applications are received, the earlier students will be notified of admission and financial aid decisions.

STUDENT LEARNING OUTCOMES
- Students will contribute to historical knowledge through original and ethical research
using primary and secondary sources. - Students will analyze scholarly historical texts and synthesize multiple historical works.
- Students will create historical arguments and narratives.
- Students will communicate their historical research clearly, in oral and written form.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS
Students must receive at least a “C” in any History course for it to be accepted towards degree
requirements. Students must have at least a 2.0 GPA to be enrolled in HIST 344 or HIST 447.
