What is your financial goal? How many donors do you feel will participate in giving to your project. How do you intend to use the funds that are raised with crowdfunding for your department? Tell us about the make-up of your project team and your overall reach?

How many team members will you have heading up this project with you? Total email contacts, FB friends, Twitter follows (etc.) for each member? Who are the specific target networks that will be advocates and supporters for this project? What is the minimum amount needed to raise for the project? What is your stretch goal?

The typical range for this platform is $2,500 to $20,000. We recommend setting a conservative goal. What is your proposed timeline to launch your project?

Are you prepared to provide pictures and other promotional materials within the next 1-2 weeks of application approval?

We suggest the use of videos, pictures, and other promotional avenues to use for project launch and updates throughout the project. Professional photography and videography is recommended but not required. Describe your communications plan prior and after your project launch.

Crowdfunding will take time and effort not only to launch but also to maintain communication to your crowd. Are you prepared to assist with making frequent updates to your crowdfunding page, and to provide videos/pictures to share the impact of the gifts received? How will you continue to communicate with donors after the crowdfunding period ends?
