The Business Office is always mindful of the needs of all administrators, faculty, staff, and students and their high level of expectation for accountability in regards to the management of the University’s financial activities and resources. We realize that our stakeholders have a choice; therefore, we are committed and focused on fiscal accountability. This is achieved through the assurance that the University complies with generally accepted accounting principles as well as federal and state regulations.
Accounting oversees the posting of other fiscal activities associated with investment, property and inventory, capital projects, construction in progress, endowment management and cash reconciliation to the University’s general and operating ledgers. This area also prepares the University financial statements and provides financial data analysis.
