Justin Turner is the CEO of TurnerCare, LLC and serves as Medical Director of St. Joseph’s Hospice Agency and Camellia Home Health Agency. Dr. Turner is also the Director of New Jerusalem Health Care Ministry.
Since becoming the youngest owner of a medical practice in Mississippi, Dr. Turner has come back to Jackson State to speak with students about careers in healthcare, served on the College of Science and Engineering (CSET) 2014 Notable Alumni Panel and spoke to CSET students at the Summer Bridge program.
A native of Jefferson, Claiborne and Warren counties, Dr. Turner achieved his diploma from Warren Central High School, undergraduate degree from Jackson State University and medical degree from Meharry Medical College. Dr. Turner completed his residency at the University of Mississippi Medical Center.
He is a member of the American Medical Association, the American College of Physicians and a former board member for the Mississippi Medical Surgical Association.
